Wanted paying before work began. Didn’t look at plan & did stuff ad hoc, said they’d “make it work” even when a door would clash with towel rail. Wires exposed. Pipes not capped so leak under kitchen sink behind plinth. Roof not insulated as part of the job but quoted for. Bought materials and threw in skip. Didn’t clean up. After 4 days I had 31 issues that I wanted sorting before more work was done. He wanted more money to correct. Then wanted money to leave the job unfinished. Very intimidating with 2 men on the doorstep and me home alone. Too many issues to list. Could select most reasons

Whilst we did not - in the end - decide to proceed with our build for unrelated reasons, our experience of working with Sebastian at Propertyfix to plan the project was completely flawless. I've never dealt with someone so responsive, positive, thoughtful and helpful in the building trade. Sebastian worked tirelessly to help us refine the plans and found ways to get the build back on budget despite numerous challenges with other suppliers, and acted as our single point of contact throughout. Sebastian's work ethic is immense, and I would highly recommend his business to others.

We were recommended by a friend who had previously used Propertyfix Builders. Sebastian and his team were amazing from start to finish. Kept me well informed throughout the build and completed within the expected timeframe. Would certainly not hesitate to contact again for a future project.
