I hired Chin for his structural engineer services for my property extension which involved knocking down a conservatory and building a new part of the flat in its place which is now the kitchen. He worked with the builders and architect to remove a RSJ beam, determine the foundation depth, and the best way for the extension to be built. He also advised me regarding window placements and number of skylights suitable according to heat insulation. During my meetings with Chin he was on time, polite and was able to explain his work clearly. And in between meetings he was good at maintaining regular communication which I appreciated. For the service I received he was very well priced, I would happily use his services again and would recommend him.
