The initial video call made sure that we got the right sized van, and then on the day before when we became worried we had too much, Joe was extremely patient as we did another call to double check. Mark and Alfie were great at both ends, barely stopped all day and all with a smile on their face. Cold, rainy conditions but they made sure to keep the mess to a minimum."
