Our guttering was damaged during the recent heavy snow storms. Paul arrived to carry out the repair which turned out to be more problematic than first thought. Not a problem as a solution was offered and price agreed. Paul kept us informed throughout the process and was great to deal with offering clear explanations as to how and why problems had occurred. Warm and friendly manner also made this experience easier as it’s never great to have unexpected repairs to deal with.
