Spent £1000 on a new shower pump, fitted whilst I was at work. Came home to a still broken shower. Phoned, emailed, texted and whatsapped for 2weeks and have had no response. The trader was paid £1000 and I still have no shower!

The trader said he’d come back to sort, he came for short visit but needed to get supplies then never came back. He’s left the £8000 tiny shower room unfinished. I’m now having another trader to finish the work. I’m very disappointed in him. I feel the trader is unreliable and unprofessional and I wouldn’t have him back. He left us with unsealed shower, after ripping it off. There are visible gaps in the tile grout. There are more snags that aren’t right, but I can live with some imperfections. I’ve found cracked shower splash boards too. I would not recommend.
