At Radiance Doors, it was completely different - Claire was a delight to deal with and the service was professional and efficient from start to finish. Claire prioritised me to get my doors replaced very quickly because mine were at the end of their life. There were admittedly a couple of hiccups on installation but these were dealt with efficiently and at my convenience. I couldn't recommend them enough!"
