He was flexible as I needed to push back by 15 mins with late notice which he was happy to do. Raf replaced my old bathroom lock handle with a new one I had bought. My DIY skills are quite basic, I attempted to do the job myself but it turned out to be very difficult! Raf did it with ease and it looks wonderful. He even sorted out the sqeaky hinges! Raf left the area spotless. Raf is kind, professional & amazing at what he does! A+++++++"
