The problem was quickly identified and a solution and timescale for the work to be completed was provided in a very professional manner. Ryan initially came to investigate a leak in my shower, which ended up a bigger problem due to water damaged. He gave sound advise and we agreed a course of action. During the course of the work he kept me updated on progress and was always professional and polite. The work carried out was great and I was really impressed with his workmanship and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend.
