The work initially appeared to be completed to a good standard, with a total cost in excess of £5,000. Unfortunately, around six months later, the newly installed fence collapsed. I contacted Dan over the Christmas period to report the issue. While I was told it would be sorted, the response I received included the comment “don’t worry, no one has died”, which I found dismissive given the circumstances. Despite being assured the matter would be addressed, no one has attended to rectify the problem, and my follow-up messages are now going unanswered. As a result, I have had to resolve myself
