Started off professional — detailed quote, good communication. Then Alan from Reactive Roofing changed agreed dates, made constant excuses (weather, staff, scaffolding), and ultimately stopped responding entirely. Scaffolding sat on my property for 4 weeks, unused and unsafe. I had to get it removed myself. Now I’m left without a roofer and no timeline for repairs. Unreliable, unprofessional, and completely unaccountable. Avoid at all costs.
