We hired a skip for the renovation of our kitchen. Both Dan and Jess were extremely helpful and polite. We wanted the skip to be delivered between Christmas and New Year. Unfortunately this was this was not possible due to Christmas closure but they delivered prior to Christmas and only charged us for the normal two week hire duration. Our kitchen fitter then asked if we could extend the hire by a week and this was not an issue. The kitchen fitter we used has even taken the number for Recycle Southern due to how accommodating they were with us and the price. Highly recommend.

Upon collection, the driver of the lorry knocked our wall causing the top corner to fall down. Initially the company were great, the drive called to notify me personally a number of times and once in contact with the office I was told that they would send someone to fix the wall. This all sounds great however this was 3 months ago and after multiple times of trying to contact them there has been radio silence. Disgusting customer service.
