Some being extortionately high. I'm not sure how much better service I would have got for these inflated price quotes, as Jem did a fantastic job, and there wasn't much room for improvement. There were some minor workmanship imperfections, but you'd have to go up close to notice these. I needed additional electrical sockets installed too and he got his Dad (qualified electrician) to do these."
