"After being flooded we found ourselves in need of asbestos tile removal and consequential repairs to floor Initially contacted by Andy to do floor screed however when he visited he spoke about he range of his service and helped us negotiate with loss adjuster so we could have whole job done by his firm - This allowed us to get the whole job done in two days instead of the longer and more more complex process that the adjuster seemed to want. On the day the jobs - including moving and replacing all the furniture went like clockwork - All people involved were wonderful"

"Plumber came in to do the track and trace for the leak which involved cutting out several sections of plasterboard. When issues found and resolved plasterer then replaced the plasterboard and plastered over. Decorator then came in to carry out remedial decorating. Work done to a professional standard. Once tradesmen arranged all arrived at the designated time. No mess left. Remedial work had to wait a little while so completed in about a month because of holidays/current COVID situation."
