"We picked Richard James as they were on the Quick Step laminate approved fitters list and were based near Camberwell. Richard came to the property fairly quickly (he's a busy guy!) and gave us a very honest and matter-of-fact assessment. The job was quite tricky, fitting an entire flat with laminate and underlay on very wonky Victorian floorboards. He was very positive though and told us our options and recommended good underlay. Felt like we were in good hands for the whole process. Very nice guy, would definitely use his services again!"
