He was very helpful while scoping out the work, talking me through different available options, and clearly communicated which materials/bathroom furniture I needed to purchase and when. I'm thrilled with the finish of the end product, which was complete on schedule even after some extra work (after taking up old tiles, Omid identified that the old chipboard floorboards were the cause of creaking and replaced with new ply that is completely solid!)."
