Ryan decorated our stairs and landing in just one day, and we’re extremely pleased with the results. He arrived on time, worked tidily throughout, and showed real skill in his workmanship. The finish is excellent, and his pricing was very reasonable for the quality delivered. We’d happily recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a reliable and talented decorator.

Ryan did a very professional job from quote to completion. Kept me informed all along the process, was helpful, punctual and very tidy. Completed some extra work at the same time as the main job. Very pleased with the final results and would highly recommend.

4 rooms to be painted Back in 2020, did an awful job. Accepted to cover 4 rooms in 5 days but was unable to finish the job. The quality of the job was very poor. I had to do it myself Answer from tradesperson: Unfortunately we were declined a time to come back to finish the job to the required spec so unsure how else to respond when we are declined a chance to finish however being paid for the stages the rooms were up to. Wallpaperer needed Awful service, awful job, do not use!!!! They were never on time and communication was absolutely awful. Was told 2 day work, but it was two days. I ‘told off’ because of using a so called heater on the wall papers when it was a fan. Once the decorator left, I was threatened within 6 hours of the job being finished to pay or to go legal when I was not happy with the job, there were massive issues to raise: The decorator spilt a bucket of water all over an expensive carpet in my son’s room. I had to use my towels to mop up the mess. Then I had to pay £72 for a professional carpet cleaner to come to the house as the carpet smelt so bad. They didn’t supply bin bags, I had to supply them. They ran out of wall paper paste in the middle of the job (a wall paper job) again, very unorganised. We then found a damaged light switch in 1 room,had to purchase a new one at my cost. The decorator left and the job was awful, bubbles & creases in 2 rooms out of 3 and no professional response to fix it, just to pay invoice ASAP otherwise ‘they will proceed with intended action’. Ryan was very rude & unprofessional via text and wasn’t interested in listening/resolving these issues for me, the customer. We finally agreed to pay 50% of the bill and Ryan agreed to fix the issues before paying the rest. To end this awful job, after Ryan assured & promised to return to fix the job, he then couldn’t return for 2 months so he had to refund me. I would not recommend this company at all. Answer from tradesperson: Sorry the two day job took two days? Sorry we had to use more paste than anticipated on this wallpaper job that you agreed to pay and never did. Sorry you provided a bin bag at cost to you which was agreed to be covered. Sorry we agreed to return to rehang three drops of creased paper but timescale was not suited so a partial refund was accepted by yourself. Sorry you have had the apparent same issues with other decorators. Hope you can get this sorte
