Ronald G. Graham Roofing and Building Ltd

We have worked with Ronald Graham on a wide range of work over the last 12 years. It has ranged from grade A listed buildings to a complete re model and re build of a whole House. We find him attentive and knowledgeable. He is proud of his reputation and I am not surprised his business has grown. He carries good tradesmen and is pragmatic in running jobs.

We had emergency works completed after part of our felt roof blew off in the high winds over the Christmas break period. We were very happy with the works completed by Ronald Graham staff and were blown away by the service provided - even though it was during Xmas break. No silly emergency call out fees either, one company quotes us £120 call out fee!! Thanks guys.

We had some slating and tiling works carried out by RGG Roofing and the works were completed on time and in budget. We were very happy with the quality workmanship provided and we were further impressed with how well the staff members cleaned up after themselves. Having recently worked with other trades contractors we were shocked by the mess left behind, however the RGG staff were as clean as they could come. We are happy with the works and have recently asked for further quotes for a garage roof.

We had slate repairs and gutter cleaning completed by Ronald Graham roofing. Work was completed very efficiently and fixed the bad leak I had. I would use them again for any roofing projects. All staff were very helpful throughout the entire process!

Due to leaks and an aging structure (original Victorian zinc-covered structure), we had our whole flat roof removed and replaced with a significant layer of insulation covered in roofing felt, in June 2023. Shortly after completion of the project there were numerous very heavy rain storms, but no more leaks and the top floor of the house is much warmer. The difference with Ronald Graham is their professionalism and communication. We were kept fully informed throughout the project and, despite my constant questions and queries, someone from the main office or the on-site foreman was always happy to discuss progress, any issues arising (which always occur in older properties) and how to resolve them. A few age-related issues did arise, they were addressed in full and the price quoted still honoured to the penny.

Ronald G Graham Ltd were a pleasure to work with, both in terms of arranging the roof repair and the administration to complete the scheduled works. The workmen were friendly and very efficient, completing an excellent job in good time. Have no hesitation in recommending this company, and will continue to use them as and when required.
