This is the second time I have used Roof Empire Ltd, and once again Mathew and his team have delivered an excellent service. From the outset, Mathew was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to fully understand the issues with both projects and explained the work clearly and honestly, which gave me confidence from the start. The team arrived on time each day and worked efficiently. Disruption was kept to a minimum, and the site was left clean and tidy once the work was completed. The standard of workmanship was excellent throughout. The flat roof replacement and ceiling reconstruction, including fire-resistant insulation and finishes, were completed to a high professional standard with great attention to detail. The pricing was fair, transparent, and represented very good value for the quality of work delivered. After a very negative experience with another contractor, it was a relief to deal with a reliable company that takes pride in its work. Fully recommended.

They started the job quickly, kept us updated throughout, and completed everything to a high standard. The roof looks great, all leaks are sorted, and they left the site clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend and use again.
