Excellent work and excellent customer service. Very, very good value for money. We are delighted with the work carried out by John and his team - from his first visit and the quote through to completion. Everything happened as he said it would. He kept us informed throughout. The scaffolding was up and down in the timeframe John advised, and his care and attention in carrying out the work were fantastic. We felt that he treated the job as though he was working on his own home - what more can you ask for. Excellent.

Initially, I had roof ridge tiles replaced when they blew off early in 2020. I was so pleased with the care taken, I had some roof tiles replaced and brushes added to my guttering later in the year. The company was respectful of the property and, whilst not cutting corners, offered a reasonable quote. The work was well done, which my neighbours commented on.

John at Roofcare did a job for our neighbours so we asked him to look at our problem with a joint gutter between 2 garages. Water had been getting in for some months and the problem was getting worse John diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution which solved the problem without the need for a major rebuild ! A few months after the work we thought the problem had returned so we contacted John who came straight round to see for himself. Initially it seemed a mystery but on close inspection a problem in next doors building was discovered and sorted at no cost to ourselves Thank you John/Roofcare

Unlike some other companies, Roofcare attended quickly to carry out an emergency repair to our roof some months ago. John explained clearly what he had done. He also explained what further work he recommended, and suggested a timescale. No sales pressure. After presenting a detailed, and reasonable quotation, Roofcare came back in October to do the recommended work. We were impressed by the quality of the work done, and by the care and professionalism with which it was carried out. If we need more work done on our roof, we would always ask Roofcare to do it. Indeed, when a neighbour suffered some roof damage after the recent storms, we were pleased to be able to recommend Roofcare.

Very happy with the service provided. We’d lost a number of roof tiles along the verge of our house during stormy weather, and access to repair was quite challenging. John visited to inspect within a couple of days and the work was carried out within a couple of weeks. Honest, informed and reliable, would definitely recommend.

I have used Johns services before for a roof repair and was impressed by his professionalism and quality of work so I decided to use him again for some guttering that was leaking. A joined property had previously had the gutter replaced which caused gaps and a never ending need to call out someone to fix it - so I decided to call John for a proper repair. He came the next day as he was in the area, assessed the situation and gave me a breakdown of what was wrong and a reassurance of why it kept breaking and what needed to be done to fix it. He also assessed the damage from the leak and advised remedial repairs due to brittle plastic from continuous water leakage. He also ensured a proper run in the gutter, replaced all the clips and added where there should be more and tidied the fascia’s whilst the gutter was off!!! It looks amazing and will now stand the stormy weather we have been having!!!

I cannot tell you how delighted I was to find this roofing company. I phoned up several businesses and John was the only person to come out and give us a quote. We used Roofcare (Midlands) Ltd to fix faulty guttering and leaking gulleys and we were extremely impressed with John’s professionalism and quality of work. I was desperate to get my flat roof repaired & John really put himself out to fit in with my diary. He couldn't do the job immediately but kept in contact to let me know when he could do the job. While repairing the roof he took photographs so that I could see exactly what the problem was & he explained what they would do. I felt confident that a good job was done. I would recommend his work to anyone.
