Got in touch with Roofcheck to get a quote for re-cementing a loose ridge tile (see pic). They got back to me immediately and inspected the next day. When they stated that the roof was a dry-ridge system and shouldn't have been cemented at all I thought "Oh oh, here we go..." but they were right. So instead of rehashing the same job, gave a very reasonable quote to remove all the old cement, replace timber and also replace all the old nails on the ridge with screws. Someone else quoted me almost the same just to re-seat the ridge tile without even looking at at. Work was carried out the next day. Roofcheck responded very quickly to all communication. Recommended :-)
