Before starting the job he came round twice to double check the substrate, raised some concerns and suggested methods to prevent any future issues with the floor due to movement and underfloor heating. We had issues with the stone suppliers which he took in his stride and managed to complete the job within the initial timeframe despite the setback from the supplier.
