"The company got in touch quickly after posting the job, the admin team were polite and friendly. It took a little while to get someone round to quote, but it was still quicker than others we contacted. They were very friendly in person. Leon went round with us and took the time to understand what we wanted in each room and offered his knowledge when asked. Ben did the actual work. He was always punctual (early even), courteous and genuine, and worked with us to make sure we were happy with the final result - even coming back another day to finish the last remaining job.
