Scott eventually came round to give a quote and was pleasant to deal with during the evening of the visit. I waited a few days (as expected) to receive the quote, which turned out to be more than I initially thought. I then explained that I wanted to get some other quotes to compare the price as I wasn’t sure what to expect. Scott then, in my opinion, became very aggressive and pushy, telling me that he has to earn a living and how he is ‘a professional painter, not a handyman’, then went on to call the job ‘embarrassing’. I advised him that I would not be returning to him under any circumstance
