Lee arrived on time and installed our system without any issues. Works perfectly, room left in an immaculate condition. Definitely recommend Sensible Cooling to anyone that needs a new air conditioning system fitted

Lee and Dan installed an air con unit in our downstairs kitchen/dining/living area. Lee gave us lots of advice and suggestions when he came round to quote and his price was competitive. A really professional ,neat and tidy job - no mess left anywhere. Recommended!

Sensible Cooling fitted a unit in our conservatory last year which has been fantastic, so we had no hesitation in contacting him again to fit another unit upstairs. Lee's pricing is very competitive and he is very reliable, personable and leaves everything clean and tidy. The work is top class and every communication we have had has been excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Sensible Cooling.

Lee and his team are excellent at what they do. I had other quotes, but they weren’t really interested in what I wanted done, lee had no issues. I’ve had two Aircon units installed and both are neat jobs, internal and externally. Lee and his team are also really clean, so no mess is left afterwards. Lee has since serviced my units and does a very thorough job. I would and have recommended him to anyone who wants Aircon at home.

From intial phone call to quote Lee was fantastic. Very knowledgeable,friendly and professional. Lee discussed a few models and advised me on what unit was best for my needs. I had a few quotes but decided sensible cooling was the right choice as Lee explained everything clearly to me, was upfront and honest and wasn’t pushy in his approach which I liked. Lee arrived on the day to install my air conditioning, he arrived on time and kept the place tidy. Worked hard all day and answered my many questions whilst he was working ! When the units were completed he set it all up to my WiFi and showed me how to work everything. My house was left tidier than when he arrived ! All rubbish was taken away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend sensible cooling…. I fact I already have and they are over the moon with the service they have received as well.

Lee at Sensible Cooling did an amazing job of installing my air con over a year ago. A very professional company, and I am delighted with my system, which is used all year round! Lee was brilliant from the start, advising me regarding the best system to suit my home etc. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the system is also a very economical way of heating as well as cooling and can heat a room virtually instantly! It is much cheaper to run than electric heaters. In summer, it cools really well and, in short, keeps my home comfortable at all times. Basically, this is one of the best improvements I have made to my house! The after care is second to none, any queries I had were dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Lee certainly goes the second mile for his customers before, during and after the fitting. To sum up, air condition is a very useful system to have and I use it most days. Sensible Cooling is as good as they come and I doubt if any can better them.

I have already recommended Lee to a family member who were also pleased with his work. Lee explained everything in detail and there were no hidden costs. He was tidy, and professional, communicated and arrived on time.
