Initially I had the company to supply and fit a large conservatory off the kitchen that I could use as a Utility as well as somewhere to sit. The materials and workmanship were to a very high standard. There was a bit of a waiting time as they were busy I am so pleased I waited there were no problems whatsoever. They were polite and careful. After finding Tony was also a plasterer by trade I asked them to return to remove an internal partition wall in my lounge this was a difficult task as we have Strammit walls ( dry straw filled) but once again Tony came up trumps and rebuilt an internal wall and put internal double opening doors. He also fitted us a UVPC front door. I would use this company again anytime. Everything worked to plan and was completed on time.

We contacted Severn Vale to quote for a warm roof on our wrap around conservatory. They measured up and quoted promptly and answered any questions I had with expert knowledge. Once we placed the order we were kept informed at all times with regards to delivery and fitting dates and the work was completed in the times given. Professional from the minute they quoted until the day they completed the job. Highly recommend this company they were a pleasure to deal with and I'm extremely happy with the job.

Don’t look any further if you are in the market for replacement windows and doors. Tony came out to survey my property as I needed to replace 11 windows and a new back door. Tony arrived on time and was lovely from the moment I met him, choices of window styles are endless, Tony was very helpful as we wanted to change the configuration and style. We live on a main busy road and Tony picked up on the straight away and offered mr different noise cancelling options, didn’t know these options existed. I received my quote within 48 hours and boy what an amazing price compared to they quoted that I had received. The lads arrived, 3 of them and again arrived on time, they were very conscientious and very respectful of my house, dust sheets were laid and furniture covered, they ensured no damage was caused, taking into consideration that my windows were a challenge to remove, they cleared up after themselves and left the place spotless. The fitting team are a credit to Severn Vale Windows.

The team was excellent both in the easy and friendliness during the measuring/quoting stage through to the professional fitting and finishing of the windows, they fitted four windows in total, we would highly recommended them. Their experience was highly evident throughout.

We chose Severn Vale because their prices were competitive and because they were a local family business. Having all of your windows, front and back doors replaced, as well as sliding patio doors and French windows fitted (25 separate units in total), is a fairly big project. The Severn Vale team were friendly, polite and professional at all times. They caused minimal disruption, always cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to have in our home. The new bay window in our dining room has transformed the space and we are delighted with the results throughout the house. We couldn't have chosen better.
