Quote and communication were very good. Order completed very promptly and work carried out to a very high standard. We are very pleased with the fitted windows. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent.
After the work had been completed things looked ok. Unfortunately that did not last. The issues that immediately manifested themselves were a number of leaks. There were several attempts at rectification which were unsuccessful . The most recent of which involved a virtual rebuild but with still no success. Prior to the rebuild I wrote formally to them expressing my concerns and detailing the specific areas that we believe needed addressing. Unsurprisingly he did not respond. After the remedial work was done things did not last long and we have now had to write again with our concerns.
