Worked through lunch and ensured things were left clean and tidy. Subsequently, I has gutter issue where soot had blocked a down-pipe. I texted Nick to help at 7am and he came round at 10am to clear the down-pipe etc. Great service."

Nick turns up whenever he liked without any communication. Disrespectful of the property and neighbours property. If you’re not there then will breaking in the property to get your job done in between other jobs. Quality of workmanship is poor. Flat roof didn’t have adequate slope for drainage. He mentioned they didn’t do the insulation properly so I will have to pay someone else to do it again. Guttering leaked worse than before. Being very available should have been a bad sign. Sub-contracts out work. Expensive. Pushy to make you give a raving review. ‘Just make sure its good’
