Stuart has went above and beyond to sort our failed shower tray. He’s been conscientious in his work and completed everything to a high standard
Third time lucky finding a plumber to replace a ball valve and syphon for a Duravit toilet. Stuarts work was very tidy and fixed an overflowing toilet. Pleased to have found Stuart on Checkatrade and would use again - he was courteous , respectful, the process was timely , communication was good and helpful. Cost was ok.
Hired Stewart to fit a gas cooker. He was unreliable with timing, cancelling the first time with van problems then arriving late the next time. He didn't complete the work that day, said he would need to take the cooker away to complete it and that he'd come back tomorrow and finish installing the next day. Didn't show. When I called said sorry he was up against it, would come tomorrow. Never showed and after that ignored all messages and calls. I ended up selling the cooker on only to be called by the buyers saying the jets were missing! Had to refund them. Completely untrustworthy.
