Really good & reliable.

We contacted SJO property services to carry out a garage refurbishment after they had done some home improvements for us earlier in the year. SJO kept us fully up to date throughout the project and fully explained each step of the building work. Works included: Demolishing of unsafe brickwork Bricklaying and pointing Insulating and plastering the inside Electrics New flooring And finally painting. Would defiantly use them again for any future building works we’re having as their communication throughout the project was great. Great team

Chris is a highly skilled, conscientious talented builder, plumber - whatever problems your house throws at him - he deals with - with good humour and skilful craft. He is a pleasure to have in the house, utterly trustworthy, diligent, and creative in his approach to all the work he has done for us. He listens, makes helpful suggestions, and gets in with the job. He is absolutely great.

Chris did a fantastic job renovating our family bathroom amd our unsuite. He was courteous, clean and knowledgeable. It is his attention to detail that we were most impressed with. Without us asking, he took the time to make difficult cuts in the tiling to avoid having to use any tile trims, creating a sleek and quality finish to the project. Chris has also remodeled a kitchen, dining room, and living room for a friend and the result is top notch.

Chris is a brilliant workman. Punctual, always keeps you informed of what is going on, only takes on one job at a time, nothing is too much trouble and a generally all round nice guy. He overhauled our en suite and we are delighted with the result.

Chris is a brilliant builder - polite, creative and working to a very high standard. His pricing is realistic and he has done everything possible to meet the brief over three separate projects, in fact his work has surpassed my expectations! The other trades Chris has brought in (gas, electric, specialist carpentry) have also been of a very high standard and I felt a sense of trust throughout the works. I have recommended SJO of my friends and Chris has worked successfully to complete their projects as well. Highly recommended!
