Cris and his team did a great job with our floors and bathrooms. Good communications, Cris listened and understood what we wanted. Would highly recommend.

Smart builders did an excellent job of installing the new kitchen in our house. Their workers were diligent, innovative and very professional. Even though the kitchen units were designed by the Wickes there were quite a few adjustments which needed to be done as the work progressed but Smart Builders made some genuinely smart adjustments with units to make them fit perfectly without disturbing the aesthetics of the units. The work got done perfectly despite delay from Wickes. We are than happy with them.

I'm very pleased with Christian's workmanship. He was very punctual, professional, polite and courteous. He was very efficient and the flooring (kitchen & hallway) looks great. I would recommend him. Thank you Christian.

Cristian runs a very tight ship, always present on the job and very experienced. Also considerate of my neighbours and other road users keeping disturbance to a minimum .Kept the site very clean inside and out ,and was well organised throughout the job, keeping in with the work schedule .It was a stress free experience for me and I will have him continue with the second fix and interior decoration.I would dearly recommend him as I had a very good communication with him and he has respected our contract entirely.
