'Smytheman Architectural was founded as Steve Smytheman Architectural Services in 1992 and has grown from strength to strength over 24 years to become a multi- disciplinary practice offering Architectural & Structural Engineering Services. Smytheman Architectural have strong experience in all sectors of Construction with expertise in a variety of industries including Healthcare, Leisure, Commercial, Industrial and Housing both in design of new build, adaptation works and planned maintenence scheduling of existing stock. Our current work load includes Residential House Extensions and Housing Developments, Hospital Refurbishment, Retail & Leisure and the UK's top Tourist Attractions. As an added extra for our clients Smytheman Architectural offer a free initial site visit and initial consultation. Smytheman Architectural are a registered practice with CIAT (Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists).
