Snodhurst Car Sales & Service Station

2nd car I have bought from Snodhurst Car Sales in less than 6 months (The 1st was in 2008!). John and Jamie are nice chaps that give no hard sale and go out their way to make it a very nice experience when you purchase a car from them. In my opinion, all cars are very good quality and I know should any issue arise it would be sorted quickly and efficiently. My experience with Snodhurst Car Sales has been nothing short of a nightmare. I bought a second-hand car in March, and within four months, a severe issue emerged, leaving the vehicle unusable for over two months. Now, just six months into ownership, I've had to part with the car due to a defective engine. What's even more disappointing is the lack of responsiveness from the dealership. Despite numerous attempts to address the issue, calls and messages go unanswered, and scheduling an appointment has proven impossible. To potential buyers: strongly reconsider using this Comany for purchasing

Picking car up today, view,test drive, sorting all paperwork, jon was very friendly and professional. No pushy sales talk, view, no rushing. Answered all questions with honesty. As a female of mature years we go with a gut feeling, I felt this is a trustworthy dealer and have no hesitation in recommending Jon at Snodhurst. Good thing they also have their own service station (MOT) etc and can get any jobs done ready for cars collection. I will review after I have driven the car for a while but I dont expect any problems that Jon could not resolve. Highly recommend, thank you Jon.
