We had two doors fitted. Front and back door. From entering the show room to enquire. Anne was helpful. Great communications verbally and written by email and post. The fitter lads with polite, courteous and well equipped to keep the areas protected and tidy. The communicated well and showed us the features of the doors. All in a friendly and professional product and service.

We had an old aluminium sliding patio door changed to French Doors . The whole process from quote to installation was very easy . The guys installing were very friendly and courteous and the work was completed on time .

2 bedroom windows & a bathroom window Each one required matching Georgian design. Workers arrived punctually & immediately covered stair, landing & room floors before removing first window. Worked steadily to complete the job. Floors vacuumed , by workers, before requesting customer check completed installation, to ensure work completed to customer satisfaction.

Chris and Dave came to fit a new back door for me which they did proficiently and with minimal amount of disturbance. I now have a cosy, draught-free kitchen. There was also a little side window which Dave bricked up for me and I was very pleasantly surprised how much trouble he took to enhance the outside appearance. It is now an attractive rectangular recess with bricks matching, to boot! Ann, in the office, was pleasant, accommodating and helpful. Altogether, it was very good value for the price and I do highly recommend Solihull Windows.

Needed two doors replaced and preferred a local company rather than a national one. Solihull Windows are local so we called in to have a chat. They were very helpful, gave us brochures and lots of information. A few days later we placed an order and were told they would contact us when the doors were ready. We were kept in touch by phone and email and told what to expect on the day. The fitters arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were quiet and efficient, we hardly knew they were there! When the work was complete, they explained how the locks and handles etc. worked, and when we were happy, we were given details on how to pay. We were very happy with the doors, and it all went very smoothly.

I found the company online while searching for an arched porch. Their website had a photo of exactly what was required. Their ordering process was simple and the porch was fitted before expected. As often happens with bespoke windows and doors, it wasn’t fitting exactly right. However, the company came out and adjusted the door and frame to ensure that it was perfect. Things can always go wrong but the mark of a good company is how well they deal with it. This company were excellent.
