nov last year squirrels chewed through my loft felt, i was in a vulnerable position my mum on end of life treatment, i was contacted by 2 guys who claimed to work for south east roof repairs, i googled the company & they had good reviews, the 2 guys came & 'repaired' the roof the same day, they were aware of my situation, charged me £300, said any problems get in contact, 2 days later the squirrels were back, the hole had not been repaired, i contacted them, they said they would come & didnt, i contacted the company who they claimed to work for, they didnt work for this company, south east roof repairs however were compassionate & understanding given my situation & upset there name had been used to con a vulnerable person for a shoddy job, they offered to come out & look at the roof & repair correctly however i had already agreed with another contractor for the work to be done, so they gave me the £300 that the guys charged me back, i will be forever greatful for their kindness

I cannot recommend this company enough. Punctual, polite, the team offered me advice about the general maintenance needed and fixed the problem immediately. The most incredible thing was the fact that they didn't charge me anything saying it was just a quick job! I had another quote for the work and it was a fortune...

A thoroughly professional job from start to finish. Two sections of our roof were completely re-laid after a failed patchwork of repairs by other companies. South East Roof Repairs gave us a very prompt response to our first inquiry, and the work they did with no fuss, just hard graft, is excellent. No more anxiety about leaks now when it rains heavily! Highly recommended.
