"Had Dan and Connor change all of the old wooden facia’s and guttering to new UPVC. I originally chose Southcoast Facia and roofing for their knowledge during quote. Not only did they talk me through the work, they were the only company who got a ladder out and actually checked what they were going to do was achievable. That gave me confidence in them. Full scaffolding was quickly erected without damaging anything and the full house was completed in 3 days with the scaffolding removed immediately. Couldn’t ask for a quicker job. I will also say the completed job has exceeded my expectations."
