Very happy with the final product, including the attention to details e.g. matching brickwork. Before the job, Jake was helpful discussing what was the best approach and answered any questions and queries we had. The job was completed during a heatwave, and yet was done efficiently and to a great standard. Happy as always to use the guys again

Jake was reliable, friendly, respectable and did a great job! Nothing was too much, excellent communication. Fit me in ASAP as needed work doing immediately. I Will be using again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Jake and his team were friendly and courteous. There was, however, an overall lack of care and attention to detail. Very untidy and messy workers with a lack of respect for the surrounding areas of my home. Very disappointing and unprofessional finish to the job in general, particularly redecorating. Jake accepted and did attempt to recover some of the faults and agreed a very small reduction to final invoice to recognise that much of the work had to be done again. Very disappointing.
