I could not fault the service provided by Sharon. She was very professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of her work. She ensured that everything was safe for the dogs and children in the garden. Receiving a text when she is 15 mins away for a planned visit is really useful. Highly recommended.

Sharon really knows her job, everything was explained in detail and her initial survey soon found the source of our rat problem and dealt with it fitting a one way valve to the main waste to prevent a reoccurrence and then following up with visits to ensure everything was sorted. We would thoroughly recommend.

Dealing with a rodent problem can be such a stressful and difficult time, but they made the entire process so easy and comfortable. They took the time to reassure me and were extremely informative about what the process would entail. Sharon and Ian are absolutely fantastic and definitely the people you need when you have an issue. I would never consider using anyone else but them. Highly recommended!
