About SpenHen Construction LTD

SpenHen Construction is a professional family-based building company with over 30 years of experience. Both my dad and grandad were bricklayers and I, Spencer, started as work experience with my dad whilst at school and then started on my own after 10 years of working with him. Today it's been 16 years since I have worked in this field and the company has specialised in domestic extensions. The projects that excite me the most are when the client stretches my skills by wanting something different from the ordinary and breaking barriers of a standard box building. When a homeowner works with SpenHen Construction, our initial team of 4 will start the works for the first half, ground works elevations, brick work and renovating and then the second half consists of my project managing the trades, plaster, electrical, plumbing. A homeowner should choose SpenHen Construction because we truly care, not only for what the finished product will look like but also the process, we don’t cut corners or rush. I still want to better myself with every project and I enjoy both the physical side of my work and working with a client to help them achieve their dream home.
