John arrived on time and was very helpful and measured up for fitting Sunday - but late Friday contacted to ask if fitting Saturday morning was acceptable - which it was. Arranged for 11am, he arrived at 10.45, by 11.30 the lift was installed and tested, operation carefully tested and explained by/to me, warranty and subsequent call-out (after warranty) charges explained. superb. Compared to new prices from "known names" his prices are superb. The local go-to man for a stairlift!! Thanks."
