He finalised the job within a few days and made safe many areas of concern to him, complete with all relevant compliance certificates in order. He was most respectful of my Father and explained all that he was doing along the way. The house was spotless before he left, you’d never known he’d been there. I cannot recommend him highly enough."

I contacted Steve at Stamel Ltd and explained my dilemma. He finalised the job within a few days and made safe many areas of concern to him, complete with all relevant compliance certificates in order. Steve did a thoroughly professional job in diagnosing our initial fault (a mouse had chewed through a cable in the loft) fixing it plus correcting faults in the wiring of the original installation. It is so good to find a tradesman who has high standards. Great value for money.
After a full inspection of the house I was told that it would take ONE further full day to rectify all the faults, so I would be charged two days in total. At the end of that day I was then told another day was needed, at £300 a day. I should have been told at the first inspection that he didn't know how many days it would take, so I could continue or get another quote.
