Helpful, knowledgeable and able to offer advice. Very punctual throughout. A tidy work area at all times and consideration to other parts of the garden. Quality of work carried out was excellent. Tim's experience certainly showed when laying the patio and we are still delighted with the results. Tim has been back to clean the patio as part of a maintenance program he offers and other than that the patio looks as good as new. Value for money was extremely good. I had found a stone I liked and Tim managed to find a more cost effective alternative. The overall cost was exactly as quoted too. It was nice having Tim working in the garden. 100% trustworthy and having pride in his work he certainly seemed to enjoy the process as much as us. Tim came to us on recommendation from a friend and I have now recommended him. I can safely say that Tim is meticulous and works extremely hard from project start to end to ensure promised deadlines are met.

I knew from the first meeting that Tim was knowledgeable, conscientious and would give me a great driveway. His punctuality was excellent, always did what he said when he said. I took pictures daily and was amazed how clean and tidy he left the job each evening. PERFECTION! Everyone walking passed admires the drive and often comment how good it looks. I didn't have a budget but I always think that you get what you pay for. Tim doesn't live in a mansion and he certainly "grafts" for what he charges. I would definitely use Tim again, his service is right up there with the best. He possibly IS the best. Tim has years of experience and knows his job. He could probably charge more and his customers would be happy to pay it as they know they are getting a first class job. He does a great job for a fair reward. I would recommend Tim to anyone without hesitation!

They were terrific and I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone. Quite a few people have commented on the driveway. We are extremely pleased. I also would advise they did extra jobs over and above what was agreed. They worked extremely hard every day even during the heatwave. Tim, the boss, was a perfectionist and paid great attention to detail. We will be booking them again to sort out the side and back gardens and this time it will be laid to lawn. It is just a matter of when the funds will be available. Simpson's have an excellent team of hard workers and they should be added to Trustatrader. From first impression to end result I would rate them as totally brilliant in every category.
