"Luke came to look at a faulty boiler that we knew was close to the end of its life. He spent considerable time attempting to diagnose possible issues with it and offered up numerous solutions including new parts and repair or the alternative of a new boiler install. He never pressured our decision which was refreshing and when we did decide on a new boiler, he carried out the job quickly, efficiently and competitively priced. We had a small issue the following day (through no fault of his, old house and shoddy previous work!), and he came straight back to get everything up and running."
