Kain at Adey Locksmiths has been amazing. We were broken into and needed locks changing asap. Kain came straight round and fitted temporary new locks as he needed to order the type we wanted. He spent time discussing replacement locks and what would suit us best. Following day he came and fitted our new locks. We all feel much safer now. Kain has a lovely manner, gets the job done and price is fair. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We couldn't open our front door. Something had broken in the lock mechanism. Has been recommended Adey Locksmiths by a friend. Called and they arrived within a half hour. Totally transparent on costs, gave us different options on the way forward to sort the door. Also whilst here changed the lock to an anti-snap, something I'd intended doing but not got round to. Very pleased with the work.

After dropping our back door key down the decking and trying unsuccessfully to retrieve it we knew changing the lock was the only solution ... after being let down by another locksmith I found Adey Locksmiths number called and was answered immediately although it was after 10pm ... after sending a photo of the lock, we had an immediate response to say he could help us. Within 20 minutes he was here and changed the lock, very pleasant and very professional. I discussed the safety of our other locks and he recommended a better lock but was not pushy at all ... I can very much recommend this tradesman and can assure you he will give you complete satisfaction in his work.
