I hired Peter because his reviews are glowing – but they are in complete contrast to the man/work I experienced. Peter is loud, self-deluded and untrustworthy. He has walked after I wouldn’t agree to another advance. I had already, stupidly, paid him £4018 up front - total job price is £7k incl. Materials - because he was desperate for cash. He very badly pointed under half of a 6 m2 wall. It should have taken a few days but took 2 weeks - I have just been advised it should be redone. I am pursuing him for breach of contract. Stay away unless you want to throw away money and invite stress
