Ben was very clear in his pricing, didn’t include unnecessary work and completed the work to our satisfaction. Overall very pleased with the quality of work, the communication and the clean and tidy way the site was left. I would have no hesitation recommending Ben.

Ben has undertaken two jobs for us the last being a complete bathroom re-fit. He was very considerate throughout and always made sure to keep the house clean and tidy and protect furniture and carpets. He is a really nice guy to deal with and nothing is ever too much trouble. I have to say that the standard of his work and his attention to detail is the best we have come across and to say he is a perfectionist is probably an under-statement. We were over the moon with the end result and we are already looking at another job with him. We would recommend him very highly

Ben was pleasant and helpful throughout. He was the only tenderer who made the effort to speak to the surveyor who wrote the original specification. He also took the trouble to find recycled Welsh slate. The work involved reroofing two properties owned by different owners and Ben successfully navigated through this. The job was disrupted by appalling weather, but he remained positive and communicative throughout. Highly recommended!

Ben is very helpful and easy to work with. He sorted out a problem leaking roof around a chimney and I then asked him to replace an old leaking velux window and render a fireplace. All completed to an excellent standard.

Ben impressed me with the attention to the customer needs and expectations . Together we have discussed about best solutions to fixed my roof , and so far everything works. I am happy with the result.

Ben was the first to reply to my request. He attended promptly and gave an estimate which I accepted. He presented himself well in every way and I didn't ask for any more quotes. I wanted him to check roof, repair any leaks and clean gutters and downpipes as well as clean up chimney and repoint where necessary. He attended with his son, they worked for 4 hours and left the site clean and tidy. From ground level everything looks fine. Thank you Ben.
