Sub-Cool FM came and serviced two Mitsubishi air conditioning units at our home. The units had not been serviced for a while. The two workmen were very polite and explained what they would be doing. They were with us a couple of hours and appear to have performed a thorough job. I would be happy to recommend from our experience.
Very pleased with the two units installed this week. Nick, Zach & Corey have been very professional. They are polite and very quick workers. Cleaned up after themselves better than I would have. They set up the WiFi and explained all the functions clearly. I would fully recommend them.
We have 2 external units, and 8 internal units install by Sub-Cool Fm almost 2 years ago. I don't like the quality of the installation: 1. trunking is falling off on both sides on the house; 2. in some areas the piping left exposed and birds are damaging the insulation on the pipes; 3. and finally we just notice that the holes in the walls left open into the cavity, so a condensation is accumulating and causing mold, their Compliance Manager says that condensation is not related to the hole, but it is clearly visible that darkening starts below the open hole. Use other company.
