An excellent building contractor; reliable, honest, employs very good tradespeople; a pleasure to deal with.

We had our entire downstairs floor dug out and replaced (on top of underfloor heating). The work was thoroughly well done, on time, on budget and with good cheer. We had 3 further smaller jobs done (3 velux windows fitted, new palstering and removal of a flue and refillling wall). All excellent.

As an Architect I have worked with Sunnyside Developments Ltd several times and have asked them to work on our home. Their work is consistently to a high standard and efficiently and economically carried out.

Build of a 3m x 2m oak porch, wall removal to create single lounge dinning space, rear elevation upstairs and downstairs windows replaced with French doors, 9m x 2m balcony created, with frameless glass, front and rear elevations Cedral cladding installed, block paving and decking installed. Complex transformation with many engineering challenges that most builders would have struggled with.

We have had a lot of work completed by Sunnyside P/Developments. The first being in 2008/2009 and then 2016/2017. Sunnyside completed a whole house refurbishment , landscaping, new driveway, roof refurbishment.

I have had a house built, I am very pleased with the workmanship. The attention to detail and knowledge of the builders was 100%. I would definitely recommend this company and I would use again.

Andy has a great team. All were tidy, extremely thoughtful, cheerful and their communication was absolutely excellent. We lived in our house while the work was going on - we had the kitchen extended and completely re-done, the lounge wall moved and also a new shower room built. Definitely recommend Sunnyside.
