Superior Building and Roofing

Superior replaced entire roof mid 2023 on terraced house - new rafters / membrane / tiles. Written 5 year guarantee for work provided. After work , significant leaking from two places , causing water damage in internal rooms. Superior resolved these primary leaks on roof. Since then, continual leaks from two places on roof, from the membrane through into the internal rooms. Superior came out 3 times and said no issue, and suggested leak was coming from next door. I've had two separate roofer opinions saying issue is new roof. Superior no longer responding to calls. Next step is legal action.

Very happy with superior building and roofing. We had a leak on the tiled roof on our extension, and they quickly identified that the problem was due to such a low pitch on the roof, the water was sitting there and running in the roof instead of running off. So they removed our tiled roof and replaced it with a 3 layer felt system, all in a day. Very friendly and polite.
