"Ethan turned up with Sunny and Shay early on 18/11/2025 to excavate various clumps of bamboo as well as to remove rhizomes which had started to spread. There was a huge amount to dig out but they were able to complete the job in one day and to leave the waste in the driveway ready to be picked up. The waste filled a large pick up truck. All were highly professional and friendly throughout the day and, importantly, removed all traces of bamboo from the garden. We are also reassured that if there is any recurrence we are covered by a 5 year guarantee. Highly professional and recommended!"

"A fantastic experience with Surrey Bamboo. Ethan came out to do the initial quote and was very thorough with quoting. He was also very patient with us as we had to push the date back a few times. The team who came to do the bamboo removal were great (even in the pouring rain!) - led by Harry across the three days who kept me informed throughout of where they were and what they had left to do. We had to have the garden path removed and the team were so thorough with disposing of the waste which was great as there was A LOT of bamboo! Highly recommend"
