When it became apparent it was an unusual problem, he researched it further and identified the solution, and his persistence saved us the significant cost of the manufacturer's engineer callout. His pricing was fair and reasonable, and I am very pleased with the service. I would have no hesitation using him again, and would definitely recommend him."
